Even any message in any part of change will need to wait at least 72 hours. Any governor that announces a change over the weekend would rightfully be accused of making COVID-19 political. So I would anticipate we will see the first set of changes in the states with Governors using science or following European trends late next week. Even that will be too little and too late, but IIWII.
