Given that the margin of victory will likely come down to less than 1 percentage point in the tipping point state, you might even be able to argue that Trump would have won had he had not contracted COVID-19, let alone had there not been a pandemic. I don't think he would have won in a blowout, but he could have easily captured the states he won in 2016 plus Nevada and Minnesota, say.
But also there is an alternative universe where the Comey letter doesn't come out in October 2016, and 100,000 votes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania are shifted to Clinton, and now we are looking at President Hillary Clinton losing her re-election campaign in a landslide.
