Latinos as a whole (despite being a heterogeneous bunch) will still prefer Biden over Trump, but I think Trump has made significant inroads over 2016. Yes, in South Florida, but also in South Texas, New Mexico Eastern Colorado, and parts of Arizona. So, it is not just Cuban refugees.
Democrats would be wise not to take Latinos for granted (and Republicans wise not to write them off).
