She refused, rolled her eyes and said "it doesn't matter, we're both wearing masks."  Her mask didn't cover her nose.  It's become typical behavior, unfortunately.

Yes it has. Some of the public foolishly refuses/resists wearing masks. Others have decided that masks provide them complete immunity and protects them no matter what they do. This second group is much larger than one thinks, because there is no hoopla surrounding them. They may not be quite as dangerous as those who refuse to wear masks, but they are certainly dangerous to themselves and others.
