Starting Thanksgiving Day, Santa Clara County will be handing out actual citations (not warnings) to businesses and individuals who are violating mask, distancing, and other health orders.  The citations start at $500 and go up from there.

Way past time. Now, what are they going to do about people who test positive and don't isolate? What about people who are informed they have been exposed and don't quarantine?

Whatever one may say about PAC-12 football, it appears they take isolation/quarantine somewhat seriously. If only everybody else did!
