I'm sure a lot of it is people trying to do Thanksgiving "safely", never mind that someone could be exposed and become positive by Thursday. We know how the testing strategy worked for keeping the President safe.

You're joking, right? That just can't be right.
But the In 'n Out at Rengstorff and 101 is a mini-cluster of its own. the workers there need to figure out how better to serpentine the car line in the parking lot because most of the time the line is a one-turn one that goes from whatever that road is separating In 'n Out and Costco right to the drive through line. The back up often spills out onto the road and makes traffic there a bit of a mess.
