I wasn't paying a ton of attention, so I may be off by a tad, but ESPN showed a graphic that Shanahan is 0 for 20 something when the 49ers are trailing by a touchdown or more in the second half.
Zero comeback wins. Zero!!! Wow.

But Shanahan had another one of his piss poor clock management today right before the end of 1H. (That makes about 4-5 glaring errors in his 'Niners tenure). You have to run the ball on second down when you're at/near midfield and burn a bunch of time off clock to ensure that Bills have no time left if you don't get first down to score. Instead, it was pass (short completion OOB) and then INC. No time ran off the clock; and of course, Buffalo went 65 yards in 45 seconds for the FG before halftime.
Fortunately, it won't matter for the game outcome. But really, Shanahan has a major blindspot when it comes to precluding worst case scenario's at end of half or end of regulation.
Free Phogge!!!! And no, crimson doesn't refer to the Tide.
