Lex, thanks for that compilation, interesting. I'm just curious about your comment on Baker Mayfield. Seems like he's taken over Cleveland well and for good. No?
What I mean by franchise QB is a fixture for years and the unquestioned leader of a playoff caliber and eventual SB potential team. That is what a No 1 overall QB pick is hoped to be.
While he certainly is Cleveland’s QB for the immediate future. I just see him as never being more than a middle of the pack QB. Just my opinion. He could prove me wrong.
Jets game a great example. Yes, he had a lot going against him. 4 receivers, including Landry, out. But good QBs find a way. He stunk it up. In a game they needed.
