That's great, but maybe next time we can offer a player before they've committed elsewhere?

#63 player (#3 ILB)in the country decommitted from USC today. 247sports suggests it is because Stanford has been pushing hard for him and he just got a Notre Dame offer this week.

It's one thing to offer a junior who recently committed to another school. It's another to offer a kid who committed as a sophomore in HS with 7ish offers, then later realizes he jumped the gun in his excitement when the whole smorgasboard of choices presents itself.
