Which makes what looks like another spectacular failure of a recruiting class that much worse. Stanford should have more opportunities with more better prospects than ever if there are no test scores being required for the next class. My cursory look at things suggests Stanford is doing very poorly and that recruiting - ostensibly because the bloom is off the Shaw program rose - has fallen off a cliff.
Is there any reason to believe this is not the case?
