I'll be curious to see if Tavita and Kawika Shoji make the Olympic team.  They're on the 19-player U.S. National Roster going into the last international competition before the Olympics in June (they were on the 2016 Olympic team).  The Shojis are one set of brothers on the team, the other set includes Taylor and Brenden Sander (both of BYU).  One of the middles is Garrett Muagututia from UCLA -- you may remember that his brother, Myles Muagututia suited up for Stanford's volleyball and football teams.

Most of the better college teams are represented (with number of players):

Long Beach State - 4
BYU - 3
Stanford - 2
Penn State - 2
Loyola Chicago - 2
UCLA - 2
USC - 1
Ohio State - 1
Hawaii - 1
Irvine - 1

BTW, Stanford's men's volleyball program collected more than $7.7 million in pledges.  Stanford's last really good team was in 2014, which lost the national championship match.  And a number of their players are in the transfer portal.  Near as I can tell, there's only 13 non-seniors on this year's team and www.middlehitter.com lists zero Stanford commits.  This is going to be an uphill battle.

There are going to be zero recruits for most of the 11 sports for next year. There will be rebuilding to do.
