  (I always chuckle at the notion that Texas and Oklahoma are considered in the "west" and Ohio and Missouri are in the "mid-west" when on the map they are all in the middle of the USA.)

Hey, Missouri is fairly far west as the midwest goes.

Ohio, Michigan, and most of Indiana are all in the eastern time zone yet somehow form the core of the midwest. All from out 19th century view of the country.
