Anybody who has worked at or has had consultant contracts with universities with 'out of control' athletic programs which dominate the school this is the norm. There is always money for coaches and athletic facilities, but not for the academics. A leak library roof vs covered/secured parking for athletic department folks, guess which one at the top of the listed of maintenance items and which one is at the bottom of the list at best?
