Stanford is requiring all students to be vaccinated in the fall.  Over 400 colleges have announced that policy.

Frankly, I can't imagine why any large organization wouldn't require all employees/students to be  vaccinated. No reason to put up with the additional testing/absenteeism due to sickness/quarantine. It is avoidable, so take the simple step to avoid it.

Because they can’t if employees are coming into an office.  Legal issues. Won’t discuss here. But that is the reason.

I disagree with your conclusion on legal issues. I think employers can (and will) require employees to be vaccinated.  And that it will be upheld (already one federal court on that side of the ledger - though I'm sure many more challenges will come).
