I have no idea which recruits KR has in mind, but I hope they play defense.

They do.

In that case, I hope their initials are, among others, DB and EC.

I hear you.  In the case of DB, it's hard to beat this kind of endorsement over SC:

"I saw so many guys at Stanford that were like me in terms of their goals on and off the field,” Bailey said. “That was one of the best parts, just seeing how well i fit in there with everyone who has my same mindset. It’s a place you can have fun at, win football games and be set up for life after football. My sister and mom were with me and they both said that Stanford just seemed like the best fit for me and my personality. My sister went to USC and she even said.”

My only concern would be this:

“I have three more official trips to take so I figure I might as well use them all,” Bailey said. “You only go through this once so I want to see what’s out there and see what a game weekend will be like. Then I’ll make my decision later in the year.”
