How is it measured? IMHO it isn't measured by recruitment ratings or press clippings or expert opinions. It is only measured by how many games they win in the season, and that hasn't happened yet. It is fun to speculate, but at the end of the day it means nothing. It is what happens on the field. We will soon know a bit more.
