"Here's hope Elic to Stanford" suggests the tweet says that someone is hopeful that Ayomanor commits to Stanford.
"Here's hope, Elic to Stanford" suggests that the tweet says that Ayomanor committed to Stanford, which is a hopeful sign.

Fortunately, the latter was the case.  Also, if you embed the tweet, then that also makes it obvious.  To embed a tweet, just type the appropriate code before and after the link.  This is what it looks like for the link to Ayomanor's commitment.
