Not a word in Sporting Green today.  And of course it ended too late for any Sunday edition. The Bay Area papers don’t give two hoots about Stanford (or Cal). Part of that is due to general area disinterest.  Part of it is budget cuts, so no one is assigned.

I miss the Palo Alto Times……

Since us fans don't give two hoots about the Bay Area papers, I'd say the feelings are mutual.  In this day and age, the question that fans would want to know is how much coverage the game got on ESPN or the Athletic.
