The first time I tried they claimed they didn't have the record of my vaccine (at Stanford no less), but in about a week that got sorted out, so my experience was not bad. Unfortunately several of my neighbors have totally failed over a significant period. They have also been given information by the State on how to "fix it" that was just plain wrong repeatedly. They got their shots at CVS, so it is not as if they were dealing with a "small time operation".

we both got our shots at the same time and place (the SCC vaccination center at the Mountain View community center) and my CA certificate was painless, hers not so much, seven weeks and counting..
