QBs can look really good at practice but do poorly in games.  This could be, in large part, due to the fact that the defense can't tackle the QB in practice.  So, knowing he isn't going to get drilled he looks real good in practice.   But during a game a little man in red tights and horns sitting on his shoulder keeps reminding him that the 300 pounders are coming to crush him.  The look in West's eyes and his inability to get his mouthpiece back into his mouth during the KState game told us that the little man was being effective.
