But I agree, for non-Stanford games, it is great!Another downside -- when a network inexplicably stacks games the way Fox did last weekend. With Yankees vs. Mets scheduled to air in the 4:30 to 7:30 slot, there was no way that game was going to be over in time for the 7:30 start of Stanford-USC, especially since the baseball game didn't start until 4:45, and Fox clearly knew this. As a Yankee fan, I can tell you that they've probably played fewer than five games this year that clocked in at 2:45 or shorter.

Even though I was going to the football game, I needed to have the recording to assist with writing my recap. I knew they'd start the football game on another Fox outlet, but I didn't know which one. The obvious choice, FS1, already had what looked to be a live college football game scheduled, so that was out. So I set my DVR to start recording the two Fox Business Channels, which have been used for this before. Unfortunately I must've been wrong about the game on FS1, because that's where they shifted our game. I missed it. So my recording of the game on Fox picks up midway through the SECOND QUARTER. Thanks, Fox.
Please clear the field! The game is not over!
