Since when are Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi in the Southwest?

I think it happened about the same as when Louisville and Pittsburgh joined the Atlantic Coast Conference, Utah and Colorado joined the Pacific-12 Conference and Oklahoma and Texas joined the Southeastern Conference.
