Every time i see this thread get bolded, i wonder if there's more good news waiting. 

Any idea when she is planning on announcing?

Eagerly waiting.

I asked Sept 27, and the answer I got (in this thread) was "next month".  So, unless something has changed or that person is wrong, probably in the next three weeks, which makes sense, she's just taken visits to UCLA and Stanford, and while I don't know when she visited UConn and Duke, I suspect it either already happened or will happen shortly.  Makes sense for her to announce shortly after visits.
