Am sure there are others I'm missing.  But in my lifetime, the most elite 2-sport Stanford athletes that I can think of are Elway, Folkl, and Cook.

Here's one with accolades that I don't believe can be equaled.  John Lynch.  Just enshrined in the NFL Hall of Fame.  And yes indeed, he is honored in Cooperstown as well.  He was picked in the second round of the 1992 MLB draft.  He pitched for the Erie Sailors, a farm team for the (then) Florida Marlins, and threw the first pitch in Marlins' history.  His jersey hangs in the HoF because of that.
