Oklahoma went up 28-17, then Kansas brought it to 28-23. They stopped Oklahoma on third and one, but the Sooners converted on fourth and short around midfield.

Actually, Kansas stopped Oklahoma on fourth down, but the RB (whose momentum had stopped and was being driven further back behind the LOS) handed the ball forward to the QB (that's okay if handoff is behind LOS) who took it for the first down. That was, by far, the play of the game. OU then ran the ball down KU's throat for a final, meaningless TD with 20 seconds left.
