Rouse whiffs on both pass rushers.

3-9 is still possible.

On the sack?  I’m not sure what the blocking coverage was supposed to have been.  It looked like Rouse had responsibility for the defensive lineman inside, and then realized the linebacker was blowing by him, releases the lineman, and both get through.  Not sure if that was a poor play design (no one to pick up the edge rusher), or if Rouse picked up the wrong guy.  Certainly, once he started to block the lineman, he shouldn’t have released and turned around, since as you point out, it would have been better to let one go through unblocked than both of them with token blocks.
