It’s a shame one team had to win. Huskies absolutely gifted Stanford a key first down by jumping offsides on a 4th and 4. A defensive holding on Washington also bailed Stanford out of an awful 3rd down.
McKee has regressed, the O-line is holding steady at pretty bad, and I would bet that the defense is statistically the worst in the Pac (though they at least had some key stops in the 4th quarter).
This is rock bottom for the Shaw era, imo. But, I don’t believe the gap is very large between any of the Pac North teams, so we’ll see if Stanford can build anything looking ahead to 2022.
