Before you get too worked up, watch the video again. This was not a fight and there were no punches thrown. The coach used his clipboard to block the player's face and push him back away from the opposing player. He was trying to avoid another penalty and he was successful in that endeavor. In essence, he was breaking up a fight, not creating one.
Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.
