The Stanford men try to rebound from one of the worst halves of basketball in recent memory when they take on the North Carolina A&T Aggies tonight at Maples.
The Aggies are 1-4 with losses to UNC Greensboro, Jacksonville, USF and Wake Forest. Their lone win was versus Greensboro College. Last year Stanford played at A&T and won handily, and I would expect a similar result tonight, but then again I'm hopelessly biased.
Stanford-North Carolina A&T happens to tipoff at the same time as #1 Gonzaga versus #2 UCLA. On another thread, someone (Phogge?) had mentioned different basketball planets. Tonight would qualify.

If there's one thing people have learned in Berkeley, it's that you can't put "Cal football" and "Rose Bowl" in the same sentence. The words just don't fit. You'd be better off linking "covered wagons" with "Mars travel." (Bruce Jenkins, Cal '70, SF Chronicle, Nov. 11, 2017)
