Oregon State has rallied and is only trailing 31-21 with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter.  It would be 31-24, but OSU opted for a 2-pt conversion after their first TD and failed, so they trailed 24-9 (two possessions).  At 31-9, they scored again, went for 2, failed and trailed 31-15 (still two possessions).  Now they have scored again to close to 31-21, went for 2, failed again (still two possession game).  Poor judgment early on, and they have dug themselves a 3-point hole just on extra points.
