Already done!
FYI if you are an alum, please copy Howard Wolf who is the Alumni Association liaison to the University.
Per a source on another board who is close to him, Howard gets what is going on.
I think the only way Muir if let go is either if there is a campaign similar to 36 Sports Strong with a lot of alumni support or enough big donors apply pressure for him to leave, I don't see either happening anytime soon...
So Singer was poking around for year but no one saw fit to call it out? Sounds like a culture problem. And the Athletic Director sets the culture, at least for DAPER.
Try this though: Stanford has an endemic culture of negative reporting of Bad Things Going On. Keep it quiet, protect the institution, etc. Kind of a theme across Stanford over the past decade, maybe longer. Some bright spots lately /w/ frats, LSJUMB, etc... but doesn't surprise me that some guy can sneak around the Stanford Athletics landscape for seven years with no one making a big stink about it. When I was at school and Ted Leland was the AD, I feel like the culture in DAPER was different. For sure there were issues, but I felt like compliance and ethics weren't among them.
