Issues were discussed. Individuals stated their opinions and viewpoints.

This new thread brings into focus one particular testosterone-advantaged individual versus one not-advantaged individual.
While it is a worthy topic, I would have encouraged it being a new post in that older thread, so we don't repeat the same discussions.

I have one comment: Should Lia Thomas compete against Katie Ledecky, win or lose, Katie will be gracious.
I started swimming as a kid in the late 1950s, so I was (remotely) aware of how the greats of the last 50 years of the sport have presented themselves as people. Most have seemed to have been really nice people. I don't recall -- I can't even imagine -- any nicer than Katie.

(And, it is sad to me that this is the first comment here in quite a while related to Stanford swimming. Anyone besides me follow the current and former swimmers in their recent meets? I was going to summarize a few days back, but got busy on other things.)
