Yes, indeed; she has a Y chromosome. However, her sex assigned at birth was female. The Y chromosome makes a difference for the IAAF, which restricts the testosterone only of 46XY DSD athletes (as upheld by the Court of Arbitration in Sport).

I think there is somewhat of an over reliance on chromosomal determination of what someone’s sex is “supposed to be”.
