It was an OK regular season game. More than enough there to feel good about the potential for the team, and a few more things for the team to work on ASAP.
If South Carolina is really the #1 team in the USA, then losing by a few points on the road is a decent result.
I worry about how Stanford will play if a team is really dedicated to aggressive full court defense, but I do understand that with the team's height it is very hard for teams to press as once the pressure is broken Stanford will get easy chances to score.
In any event, now that Stanford is approaching conference play the key will be to keep players healthy and win enough to secure a #1 seed.
