In the long run if we are to meet SC in the NCAA tourney. I think avenging a loss, not to mention adjustments and film study from this game are to our advantage. We don't often times lose multiple games to the same team in a season. However in the moment tonight, I really wanted us to pull it out. We played well enough to win. Is anyone gonna beat South Carolina during the regular season? Even 1-2 loses in conference, they still probably lock up the overall #1 seed in the NCAA tourney. We should aspire to be overall #2 or #3 so we wouldn't have to meet them for a rematch until the national championship.
