I looked up info on the Pac-12 tournament and according to the available tickets it looks to be a heavily attended tournament. Now, I don't believe this to be true seeing as every year the attendance isn't that high and you're able to move around a bit and get closer to the action if you so choose.
Is this a marketing scheme to get everyone to buy tickets in the lower bowl so the crowd size looks bigger on camera? That was my first though but this can't be true, right?
Also, what about the floor seats. They've already been snatched a month after tickets went on sale? For women's basketball I don't believe this to be true. I go to the tournament almost every year and I don't see all the seats taken. I know people buy the all sessions pass just to secure their seat and don't show up for other games.
Lastly, I don't see anything about "VIP" tickets or anything like that. Don't they usually have tables behind the baskets and special roped off sections to bypass the food and drink lines? I wouldn't choose this but I'm just wondering why the ticket selection is so bare.
