Yes I did get that link and tried to share it, but it would not share.  Probably limited to season ticket holders some way.  I did note the information about Harriel.  I'm hoping that she and Brown will both be able to make important contributions next year, but we shall see.

With regard to last night's game, as I reflect on it, I have a few observations:

1) Lexie's barrage of treys was deliberately set up by the motion offense.  All the hits (and open misses) that she launched from the corner were the result of the motion offense pulling the zone away from the corner before delivering the ball back to Lexie for an open look.  Lexie would arrive in the corner often a half second before the ball was delivered to her there.  This is the same play that we often use to set up Jump, but last night it was working for Lexie.  I also noticed that when receiving the ball Lexie was nearly as fast at getting the shot of as Jump--not quite as fast--but fast.

2) When Oregon was forced out of the zone--which is notoriously bad at defending the corner--Lexie began to slash around screens.  She was 6/12 from two point range.

3) Oregon's zone wreaked havoc with our back door cuts.  A motion defense like the Princeton relies on dragging man players around and getting them out of position.  The Oregon zone was disciplined enough to guard passing lanes more than players, and this cut off nearly all passes to the interior.  Getting into the paint was only going to happen by drives from outside of the paint.  Hence Lexie's drives in the second half around screens.

4) Officiating last night was radically different than on our SEC trip as far as ball screens were concerned.  Oregon screeners routinely moved and hip checked and were not called for it.  Sabally in particular.  We probably did too.  Those were called a lot against Tennessee and S Carolina, including one tough call against Brink.  This probably did not favor either side.

5) One Paopao gets back to her full self she (and Oregon) will be a lot to handle.  Her drive and floater in the lane is impossible to defend.  Williams sometimes delivered a similar move, but this is Paopao's bread and butter.

6) Oregon really, really missed Sedona Prince.  It was abundantly clear that Sabally was out of breath and exhausted by Stanford's fast pace, and we took advantage of that.  Having Prince would have given them much needed depth.

7) I don't think hitting 12/21 three point shots (as we did) is a sustainable strategy for the long run.  We need to perfect our midrange shooting (Demetre's forte) to serve as an alternative weapon against the zone.  And whatever happened to Brink's jump shot?  We saw a lot of mid range and three point shots from her last year, and many went in.

8) We will see how the next month goes, but I could easily see Oregon being favored over us when we play them at their place.  They are going to improve a lot.  We had better do so too.

I agree that Demetre would have been great to see in this game as she is money from mid-range and that is a total zone buster.  However I disagree about Brink’s mid-range.  She can hit the shot but she is far from consistent with it.  It’s a little like Jones can hit a 3-point shot but I don’t love her taking it.  I really like Brink’s current mentality (and presumably what the coaches have asked her to do) which is mostly drive from the high post and try to establish position in the low post.  They are such high percentage shots and when she has it going are pretty unstoppable unless she is double teamed.
