THIS: 

The thing that bothers me most about Missy is that she makes calls that aren't hers to make.  She will call a foul on someone when she doesn't have a good angle to see whether there is contact or not, meanwhile the official who does have the angle and can see doesn't blow the whistle.  It drives me nuts!

But then she gets to go to the monitor! Nothing Missy loves better than going to the monitor, especially if it's a nationally-televised game.

My view on Missy is that I don't actually think she is egregiously wrong egregiously often, and I generally find her pretty consistent throughout a game (to me, the cardinal sin of refereeing is inconsistant calls).

But she *definitely* regularly calls stuff she doesn't have the angle to see, and she goes to the monitor way too often, especially in the waning minutes of games when momentum is especially crucial. And more than anything, I just think she calls things so technically as compared to almost any other ref, that playing a game when Missy is reffing is playing by a very different set of rules than any other PAC-12 ref.

The hallmark, to me, is when you can tell when she's reffing just by the fouls that will get called in the first 5-10 minutes of game. In the Arizona-Oregon game, I wasn't initially paying any attention to the refs. But after the second straight ticky-tacky call on Ware within 3 minutes of tip off, I instantly knew, sure enough, Missy was in for this game.
