On Wednesday there are two make up games.
Alas No Oregon state at Stanford

My suspicions about Oregon State are based on something Tara said last year--that we had offered to make up the game that was cancelled then but that Oregon State was unwilling at that time.  I can't remember the exact words but I definitely got the impression that Oregon State just didn't want to do it heading into the tournament. 

Tara has respect and good relationships with so many coaches in this league and elsewhere--but this is not the first time I have been led to wonder about Rueck.

You are absolutely CORRECT about Oregon State not willing to reschedule at Stanford last year. And to everyones speculation that some teams won't reschedule or make up games.
