enjoying watching ND ahead of NC State (Dodson scoring and rebounding) on ACC Network (now included with ESPN). Looks like NC State has many flying elbows.

ND and Maya Dodson (10 points, 8 rebounds) ahead 32-28 at the half. Maya has really honed her game since playing for Stanford. She is aggressive taking on Cunane, has a smooth hook and put back, and is tenacious on defense. She is the reason that ND is ahead. (She has 4 double-doubles in the last 6 games and has scored two baskets while I add this.)
And, yes, NCS is elbowing their way back into the game. Three well-place hits and two starters are out. Not saying they were intentional or dirty, but the team is very physical on offense and very difficult to penetrate on defense.
