Oregon's excuse was that their air-charter was cancelled and they had to take a game-day bus trip to Arizona to play the game, they arrived so late they even missed warm-ups. That would have discombobulated any team, but sorry Kelly Graves, this game was destined to be lost since the buzzer ended your last game with Arizona! Destined!

Yes, I am not sure I followed the story.  It is not as if they took a bus from Eugene to Tuscon.  I presume they expected to get in the night before but had to fly on the day of the game?

You mean Phil Knight’s personal jet wasn’t available?

LOL, they didn't say, but it wouldn't surprise me. They listed some timeline. If memory serves, they got on a bus at 9 a.m., and arrived at the arena at 3 p.m. (so 5 hours, with the time difference).
