Hey Mick, in general, how has the DH affected pitching stats? Intuitively it would seem that ERAs, for one, would be higher.

You can't just compare raw AL and NL run scoring statistics because of the different parks, but in general the delta from having a DH is understood to be between 0.1 and 0.2 runs per team per game. Last five seasons the overall ERA in the AL (going backwards) was 4.32, 4.42, 4.60, 4.27 and 4.37 and in the NL was 4.20, 4.47, 4.38, 4.02 and 4.34, i.e. deltas of 0.08, 0.13, 0.22, 0.20 and 0.03.
