But from 1959 in the stadium for big games many of the old bathrooms were used by both men and women when the crowds were large.  No one cared.

Outside the concourse on ground level you stood at the urinals. The there were no windows only chain link that showed an adult torso and head. You could scope out people walking past and still do your business.
