My newly remodeled office has a single gender restroom. There are no urinals, and all the toilets are private (completely enclosed).
The whole debate about bathrooms typically centers around trans females and ignores trans males. If you forced people to use their gender assigned at birth you would have people (regardless of external genitalia) who maybe taking testosterone and thus might have facial hair and other male characteristics to use a women’s bathroom.
I’m with Spike. Go to the bathroom, do your business, and don’t obsess over the gender (or for that matter sexual orientation) of anyone else who is there.
