There is no perfectly fair way to do this, because there are multiple plausible criteria for seeding teams. There is no perfect answer on how to discount losses that occurred due to injury, especially across the board. I agree that UConn will likely be better than its likely seed, let alone its record, but without a ton of games at full strength against premium opponents, it is hard to tell how much better it is.
