As I said, Hollingshed could have been ejected. She certainly was the instigator. But Cam was not justified under the rules in throwing the ball, so something had to be called on her too, though maybe only a T. But I was okay with the refs using their judgment to even up the calls, even if only for the sake of the fans getting to see a competitive tournament game continue.
