Skov supposedly isn't at 100% and it has been just about a year for him. Coming back in October was just wishful thinking by the Florida coaching staff. They've underachieved every year since Tebow graduated even though they pull in a top 10 recruiting class every year so they are desperate. They didn't even make their starting QB decision until half time of their first game. That is unbelievable...
