High velocity cold air will strategically be pumped at players on the field and each spectator seat is outfitted with its own air diffuser. They also have some technologically which is supposed to keep the field itself from heating up regardless of the outside temperature. Whether it all works remains to be seen but there is a plan. It won't just be Canadians suffering if it doesn't work.

Supposedly Candlestick Park was equipped with heaters at each individual seat.  Unfortunately, they were embedded in 14 inches of concrete.
