I went back and looked at Raoul's latest portal list for the Pac-12 -- there are a lot of players transferring all over the conference:

Cal (2)

No portal entries from UCLA, but they just got bounced out of the WNIT so probably too early to hear anything.

For some programs, departures seem to be bench players seeking playing time (e.g. Arizona) or a lot of grad transfers (ASU, Utah) or a combo of both (Colorado). But some programs are losing starters or players who could have expected significant minutes next year.

Here are notable portal entries so far:

Oregon loses two starters (Parrish, 8.5 ppg and Scherr 4.7 ppg and 102 assists). OSU loses two starters (Kennedy Brown, 7.9 ppg, 6.3 rpg and Kampschroeder 5.2 ppg). The OSU board seems to think that Corosdale is also leaving. I seem to recall that we were recruiting Kampschroeder who seemed to have confidence problems at OSU. USC loses two starters (Jenkins, 14.4 ppg, 6.7 rpg and Pili 7.8 ppg, 4.5 rpg who started 19 games). Cal loses Dalayah Daniels 11.9 ppg, 6.7 rpg. Daniels never seemed very comfortable as a back to the basket player and only managed to shoot 35.4% from the field. I recall that Stanford was interested in her at some point. It seems evident that the Oregon schools have the most troubling departures.

Two notable grad transfers are Brynna Maxwell from Utah and Peanut Tuitele from Colorado.

Washington is losing a lot of players who weren't particularly contributing, and they have a good recruiting class of three top-100 guards coming. They need a post player pretty badly. Oregon (Gray, VanSlooten, Isai, Basham), UCLA (Jaquez, Rice, Iwuala, Jones, Sontag), OSU (Beers, Blacklock, Gardiner, Hansford) are reloading but OSU's returning roster is much more depleted than expected. Presumably Taylor Jones returns from her shoulder injury. I also saw that Sasha Goforth who transferred from OSU to Arkansas last year, has announced that she is stepping away from basketball for health reasons.
