Drafting QBs is a total crap shoot. Leaf had all, all the skills, and was a head case. Marinovich, too. Russell liked to eat. So much more to being a great NFL QB than what you see on a college gridiron.

Never watched a down of Lance. Watched a ton of Jones. Loved Jones as a QB at Alabama and thought he'd be great in the right NFL system. Belichick's is perfect for him. Has an incredible fire, too. We shall see.
